We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and demand. The role suits a creative, data-aware marketer who can manage content, digital channels, and campaign performance end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, and email channels.
- Develop content and creative briefs aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Track campaign performance and report on KPIs (reach, CTR, conversion, ROI).
- Coordinate with design, sales, and external agencies on deliverables.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform strategy.
- Maintain marketing collateral, landing pages, and the content library.
- Support events, webinars, and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally across digital and content channels.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing-automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
